Kohinoor Cycles - Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

All Kohinoor Cycles are covered by a 1-year warranty against any manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

• Tyres & Tubes (rubber parts), if found defective, will be replaced within 7 days of delivery.
• This warranty does not mean the cycle will last forever.
• Valid for the first owner only and is non-transferable.

Special Warranty for Forks

Suspension or rigid forks are covered for 6 months from the purchase date.

Conditions Where Warranty Will Not Apply

This warranty is not valid if the cycle has been:

• Misused, neglected, or damaged by accident.
• Incorrectly modified or repaired.
• Used in unintended ways.

Valid only if purchased from an authorized Kohinoor Cycles dealer or via our Website / Flipkart / Amazon.

Warranty Does Not Cover

• Normal wear and tear or aging.
• Improper assembly or poor maintenance.
• Non-compatible parts or accessories.
• Paint/sticker fading due to sunlight.
• Damage from accidents or poor storage.
• Scratches or chemical corrosion.

Warranty is Void If Cycle is Used For

• Racing or sports competitions.
• Stunts, jumps, or similar activities.
• Motor modifications.
• Carrying more than one rider.
• Commercial, rental, or resale use.
